Here we have compiled price guides and costs to consider when planning a project. This will help you decide what works for your budget, needs and final finish / look.  Costs are only a guide and will vary depending site conditions, site access, materials used and finish.

How much will a gravel driveway cost?

A Gravel Driveway offers a cost effective and long lasting option.

So whats the cost?

As an example the cost for us to install a 60m2 drive (12 by 5 meters) will cost around £5300 including vat.  this works out at around £88 per m2.  This can increase depending on site conditions, final choice of gravel and edging.  There are lots of options to choose from.

What do I get?

  •  Excavation for 100 mm compacted base on geotextile
  • Full perimeter edged and entrance to drive block paved with standard block paver.
  • 40-50 mm covering of standard gravel.

As an example the cost for us to install a 40m2 patio (10 by 4 meters) will cost around £8625 including vat.  this works out at around £216 per m2.  This can increase depending on site conditions, final choice of paving and drainage needed.   For this example we have allowed for paving at £40 per m2.

This works out at around £202 per meter. For a 20 meter 6 foot fence using lap panels, timber posts and timber gravel boards will cost around £3460 including vat.  this works out at around £173 per   Costs can increase or decrease depending on site conditions, choice of fence and size.

What do I get?

  • Removal and disposal of existing fence.
  • Hedges pruned and shrubs / undergrowth removed if needed to set fence line.
  • Posts set to around 500 mm-600 mm in to the ground and set in rapid set concrete.
  • 1.8 meter by 1.8 meter timber fence panels, 150 mm high gravel boards and 3 meter posts
